1 General Provisions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make a bonus amount eligible for withdrawal, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳10,000 in bets.

• A specific time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirements.
• If the requirements are not met within the time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Some games may not contribute toward meeting wagering requirements — contact the support team for details.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected, such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to circumvent bonus conditions by any means, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account or fraud.

• Collusion (illegal collaboration with other players).

8 Account Suspension

8.1 Reasons for Account Closure

ti1971 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If registration is completed using a false identity or false information.
• If the member does not cooperate with identity verification.
• If the member is involved in prohibited activities.
• At the member's own request (when self-exclusion is activated).

8.2 Fund Returns

If the account is closed for a reason other than a rule violation (such as self-exclusion or voluntary closure), the remaining balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method. For accounts closed due to rule violations, funds will be settled based on the circumstances.
